On December 9, 2021, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation hosted the annual festival “Days of the Far East Regions in Moscow”. The representatives of Federal and regional authorities, leading Russian and international companies, scientific and educational organizations attended the event.
As part of the event, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) was signed between the companies HIMMASH-APPARAT LLC and Nikkiso Industrial Rus. The companies are planning long-term cooperation in the implementation of large EPC projects and intend to combine efforts to formulate proposals for customers in the oil, gas and chemical industries.
For this purpose specialists and managers of HIMMASH-APPARAT LLC and Nikkiso Industrial Rus, after signing the NDA, can freely exchange both technical (including patented solutions, know-how and developed basic projects) and commercial (estimates of the cost of solutions and projects , including those performed earlier) information.
Free exchange of this information allows the parties to make decisions faster and prepare technical and commercial proposals and solutions in a wide range of tasks and Customer’s requirements.
